(Visitor)

This is a translation of the Arabic original above for convenience. In case of any conflict or ambiguity, the Arabic text is the authoritative version.
1. What the Platform Is
WeVisit (نزور) is a Saudi digital platform that lets visitors discover visit destinations (cultural, heritage, scientific, entertainment, and other sites) across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, submit visit requests to them, and lets hosting entities (institutions) list their destinations and manage incoming visit requests.
WeVisit is a technical intermediary between the visitor and the hosting entity — it is not the provider of the visit itself. WeVisit does not own the destinations, does not operate the sites, and does not deliver the actual visit experience; the hosting entity is solely responsible for organizing and running the visit, for visitor safety during it, and for the accuracy of the content it publishes about its destination. Using the platform does not create any agency, partnership, or employment relationship between you and WeVisit, or between you and the hosting entity.
2. Definitions
| Term | Meaning |
|---|
| The Platform | WeVisit's website and applications, all pages and APIs |
| Visitor | A registered user with the "Visitor" role who browses destinations and submits visit requests |
| Hosting Entity / Institution Owner | A registered user with the "InstitutionOwner" role who owns or represents an institution and lists destinations on it |
| Company / Private-Institution Account | An institution-owner account holding both capabilities at once — requesting visits to other destinations and hosting its own visitors on its destinations (see §4.3) |
| Admin | WeVisit's operating team, with authority over the catalog, accounts, and compliance |
| Visit Request | The request a visitor submits to book a visit to a given destination |
| Destination | A site or event a hosting entity lists on the platform for visitors to request |
| Investment Opportunity | A business opportunity (such as operation, leasing, sponsorship or partnership) linked to a destination, institution, event, city or region, which WeVisit's team lists on the platform (see §10) |
| Expression of Interest | What a registered user sends from the "Express interest" form on an investment opportunity to ask to be contacted about it (see §10.3) |
3. Scope of the Service
The platform provides: public browsing of destinations without registration; account creation and submission of visit requests; for hosting entities, listing destinations and managing incoming requests (accept / reject / request a change / delete); rating destinations after a visit; contacting support; and tracking your visit-request status from your own "Visit Requests" page. The notifications a visitor receives about a visit request are limited: an in-app notification and an email when the entity asks for a change, and an email on rejection if a reason was given; none on acceptance — see Privacy Policy §2.8. Online payment or financial booking within the platform is not part of the service in its current version. The platform also lists business investment opportunities and lets registered users express interest in them, under §10. It also allows submitting school visit requests to events that hosting entities list, and requesting private visits for groups, for which the hosting entity sends a price quote and any payment is made outside the platform (Privacy Policy §2.14 and §2.15).
4. Roles and Account Types
4.1 Visitor
Registers with a name, email, and password (moving to phone + verification code — see §13), and may optionally add nationality, gender, age, and a phone number. Creating the account requires explicit consent to these Terms and the Privacy Policy (a mandatory checkbox; the consent date and the document version are recorded on the account — Privacy Policy §2.1). Can save companion details to speed up future bookings, submit visit requests, and rate destinations. The visitor undertakes to rate only a destination they actually visited — this is an obligation under these Terms; the app checks in your browser that a visit exists before showing the rating form, but the server does not verify it, and a dishonest rating is treated as a breach of these Terms (§6) and is subject to moderation (Privacy Policy §2.7).
4.2 Hosting Entity / Institution Owner
Creates an institution account (name, type, description, a mandatory declaration that the institution is licensed or unlicensed, commercial registration number if licensed, institutional email, the institution's public contact phone, logo), with explicit consent to these Terms and the Privacy Policy at self-registration, subject to Admin review before activation. Once active, can add destinations (each destination separately reviewed and approved) and manage incoming visit requests.
4.3 Company / Private-Institution Account — Dual Capability
Management decision (CEO): the "Visitor — private institution" and "Institution" paths are being merged into one account named "Private Institutions / Companies." The same company account will be able to both request visits to other destinations on the platform and receive visit requests on its own destinations.
Technical implementation status (September 2026): shipped (issue #25). An institution-owner account holds both capabilities: it receives visit requests on its destinations and can submit visit requests to other entities' destinations; its dashboard shows the "I visit" and "I host" sections together, and each section fetches its data under its own scope (scope=mine for its requests as a visitor, scope=hosted for the requests received by its institution), so it neither sees nor edits another account's requests. No account may submit a visit request to a destination belonging to its own institution (the request is refused). The "visit" capability for institution owners is governed by the bookings.create permission, which Admin can revoke as a single operational switch.
4.4 Admin
WeVisit's operating team, responsible for approving institutions and destinations, managing accounts and permissions, moderating ratings and reported content, and handling support and contact inquiries.
5. Registration and Your Account
- You must provide accurate, up-to-date information at registration and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- Creating more than one account to circumvent platform limits or a hosting entity's policies is not permitted.
- WeVisit may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms (see §12).
- The minimum age for an individual account holder is whatever Saudi e-contracting regulation requires; a minor uses the platform under a guardian's supervision.
6. Visitor Obligations
- Provide accurate information at registration and when creating a visit request (attendee count, date/time, any notes).
- Honor the agreed visit time and any entry or safety instructions the hosting entity publishes.
- Not use the platform for any purpose contrary to public order, public morals, or Saudi regulations.
- Take responsibility for any companion details you add (name, ID number if entered, phone number), ensure their accuracy, and have that companion's consent to share it with WeVisit for the purpose of organizing the visit.
- Not abuse the hosting entity's staff or property during the visit.
- Report any misconduct or inappropriate content through support.
- Rate only a destination they actually visited, and rate it honestly (§4.1).
7. Hosting Entity Obligations
- Provide accurate, current information about the institution and destination (description, working hours, location, photos).
- Full responsibility for the content it uploads — photos, videos, and descriptive text about the destination (see §9) — its accuracy, appropriateness, and non-infringement of any third party's rights.
- Respond to incoming visit requests (accept or reject) within a reasonable time, and state a clear reason when rejecting.
- Provide a visit environment that is safe and matches what is listed on the platform, and hold whatever regulatory license or permit is required to operate the site or receive visitors.
- Not use visitor data (only what is actually shared with it — see the Privacy Policy's "Who We Share Your Data With") for any purpose outside organizing the requested visit, and not pass it to any third party.
- Comply with Admin operational decisions to suspend a destination or institution when these Terms are violated.
8. Visit-Request Policy
8.1 Submission
A visitor may only submit a request against a destination that is approved, active, belongs to an active institution, and is flagged as requiring a prior visit request (an open destination that does not require one accepts no requests), specifying the visit date (not in the past) and time (within the destination's published working hours), attendee count (1 to 500), and optional notes, and may pick any of the services the destination offers from its published list. The request stays "Under Review" until the hosting entity responds.
8.2 Acceptance
A hosting entity's acceptance creates a confirmed visit record, and the request's status updates immediately on the visitor's own "Visit Requests" page. ⚠️ No in-app notification and no email is sent to the visitor specifically on acceptance today — the visitor must check their own requests page to see it (see Privacy Policy §2.8). Acceptance is a commitment to hold the visit at the agreed time; any change the entity later needs to make to that time must be communicated to the visitor directly (email or whatever channel is available).
8.3 Rejection
A hosting entity may reject a request, and undertakes to attach a clear reason shown to the visitor (§7 item 3). This is an obligation on the entity under these Terms, not a constraint the system enforces: the system accepts a rejection with no reason, and the visitor receives the rejection email only if a reason was written (Privacy Policy §2.8); in every case the visitor sees the "Rejected" status on their requests page. Common reasons (capacity reached, time unavailable, entry-condition mismatch) do not obligate the entity to offer an alternative slot, but it is expected to respond transparently.
8.4 Modification
While a request is Under Review, the hosting entity may ask the visitor to change it, with a mandatory message explaining what is needed; the request's status then becomes "Change Requested" and the visitor receives an in-app notification and an email carrying that message. The visitor — and only the visitor, from their "Visit Requests" page — can then edit the visit date, time, attendee count, and notes (not the destination), under the same submission rules as §8.1; the request automatically returns to "Under Review" and the hosting entity receives an in-app notification of the edit. A request in any other state (Under Review with no change requested, Accepted, Rejected) cannot be edited; to change it in those states, cancel the existing request and submit a new one. Admin cannot edit a visitor's request on their behalf.
8.5 Cancellation
A visitor may cancel their request at any time before the visit date (whether Under Review or Accepted); cancelling with reasonable notice is appreciated out of respect for the hosting entity's capacity. A hosting entity or Admin may delete/cancel a request when needed (destination suspension, an emergency), notifying the visitor where possible.
8.6 No-Show
The system does not currently record a "no-show" status automatically; attendance management is the hosting entity's own responsibility at its site, under its own policy. Repeated no-shows without prior cancellation entitle WeVisit to restrict the account (temporary or permanent suspension) to protect the platform's reliability for other hosting entities.
9. Content Uploaded by Entities and Their Responsibility for It
Every photo, video, or descriptive text a hosting entity uploads about its institution or destination is its full responsibility: the accuracy of the information, its ownership or license to use it, and its compliance with Saudi regulation and third-party rights. WeVisit reserves the right to review any destination before publication and to remove or suspend any non-compliant content without prior notice when necessary, without this creating any liability on WeVisit for published content or turning WeVisit into its publisher.
10. Business Investment Opportunities
10.1 WeVisit's Role
WeVisit lists business opportunities (such as operation, leasing, sponsorship and partnership) presented by the owners or operators of destinations, which WeVisit's team enters on the platform; WeVisit's role is limited to introducing these opportunities and enabling contact about them. WeVisit is not a party to any investment or contract, does not act as a broker or financial adviser, and is not an entity licensed to carry out investment business. Nothing on the opportunity pages is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, nor an offer or solicitation to buy or subscribe for securities.
10.2 Opportunity Information and Demand Indicators
Each opportunity's information (description, requirements, area, term, deadline and any attachment) is supplied by its owner and entered on the platform by WeVisit's team. WeVisit does not verify it and does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or feasibility, or any return from it. The "demand indicators" shown to signed-in users on some opportunities linked to a destination are aggregated estimates from activity on the platform at that destination — an approximate band of completed visits per month, the average and number of visible ratings, and the number of upcoming events — that reveal no individual visitor's data and are not a promise of any result.
10.3 Expressing Interest
- Expressing interest requires a registered account with a verified email address and your explicit consent to share your details, which you tick yourself on every submission (the box is never pre-ticked); the time of consent and the version of these Terms in force at that moment are recorded with your submission (Privacy Policy §2.13).
- Each account may express interest once per opportunity, and the number of expressions of interest within any 24 hours is subject to a limit set by Admin. Interest cannot be expressed in an opportunity linked to your own institution, nor after its deadline has passed or submissions have been closed.
- You undertake that the details you provide are accurate, and that you are authorised to represent the institution whose name and commercial registration number you give.
- Expressing interest creates no obligation for you or anyone else, and the platform collects no money and charges no commission on these opportunities. Its only effect is to share the details you agree to with the WeVisit team and the opportunity owner so they can contact you (Privacy Policy §2.13); any negotiation or contract is made directly between you and that owner.
- You can follow the status of your interest ("Under review" / "Contacted" / "Closed") from the "Investment requests" tab of your "Visit Requests" page. You cannot edit or withdraw an expression of interest yourself once it is sent; to ask for it to be deleted, contact support.
10.4 Due Diligence and Limitation of Liability
You should carry out your own due diligence and consult licensed advisers before making any decision. In Saudi Arabia, firms licensed to carry out securities business are supervised by the Capital Market Authority. WeVisit bears no liability for any decision you make or loss you incur based on the information shown, nor for any negotiation or contract between you and the opportunity owner. WeVisit may close or withdraw any opportunity, or delete any expression of interest, at any time.
10.5 The Disclaimer Text
The investment opportunities page, each opportunity's details page and the expression-of-interest form show a "Disclaimer" text that WeVisit's team manages from the platform settings; it forms part of these Terms. The opportunity pages are not made available to the public unless that text is set in both Arabic and English.
11. Limitation of Liability
- WeVisit is a technical intermediary; it bears no liability for any harm, injury, or loss occurring during the actual visit at the hosting entity's site — liability rests with the entity alone as the site's operator.
- WeVisit does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or constant availability of information published by hosting entities.
- WeVisit does not guarantee uninterrupted service or freedom from technical faults, and makes reasonable efforts to fix any fault within a reasonable time.
- WeVisit commits to protecting data per the attached Privacy Policy, and bears no liability for any breach resulting from a user's own negligence in protecting their login credentials.
- To the fullest extent permitted under Saudi law, WeVisit's liability to any user is limited to proven direct damages caused by WeVisit's own direct fault, and excludes indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
12. Account Termination and Suspension
WeVisit may suspend or terminate any account (visitor or hosting entity) for: violating these Terms, providing false information, abusing the platform or harassing other users, repeated no-shows (§8.6), or at the request of a competent regulatory authority. The user is notified of suspension/termination via their registered email where possible. A user may request their account be closed by contacting support — self-service account deletion is not currently available from within the app (see the Privacy Policy's "Your Rights Over Your Data").
13. A Note on the Evolving Login Mechanism
The current login mechanism is email + password + an email verification code. Approved management decision: this will be replaced, for all roles (including Admin), with phone number + a one-time verification code (OTP) only — no email, no password. This change is in development under issue #42: its infrastructure (the login audit, the code tables, the phone-login routes) is built, but phone login is not enabled on production as of this document's date (locked by an operational setting and by the absence of an SMS provider — Privacy Policy §2.1); this document and the Privacy Policy will be updated once it is actually enabled.
14. Intellectual Property
The "WeVisit / نزور" name and logo, and the platform's design and software, belong to WeVisit. Content a hosting entity uploads remains its own property; it grants WeVisit a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform for the purpose of operating the service for as long as it remains active on WeVisit.
15. Changes to These Terms
WeVisit may amend these Terms from time to time. Any material amendment is published on this page with the "Last updated" date above refreshed, and continued use of the platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the amendment. Material amendments affecting users' core rights require the CEO's approval before publication, as with this document.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from use of the platform is referred to the competent judicial or regulatory authority in the Kingdom, unless the parties agree to an amicable settlement beforehand.
17. Contact
For questions about these Terms, please reach us via the "Contact Us" page on the platform or the email address published there (the current contact email is shown in the site footer, an admin-managed setting that may change).
